Straight bs!!!! Took 1 month to ticket was not dismissed. False promises. Sent update email having a high chance of dismissing, total lie

Great app

Ive submitted several tickets of different violations and fines, and none were successful. Also, dont even bother submitting hand written tickets, since you have to take a picture of the ticket and those are beyond incomprehensible. It takes them weeks to process and you end up just getting an email stating you were found guilty but dont worry, they make it easy for you to pay the violation through their services. Why would I go through the company to pay when I can just do it directly. What a waste of time.

Not a great legal team behind this app. I submitted three tickets that were issued on the same violation all within 4 minutes of being written. After waiting 2 months, they were unable to dismiss any of them after the hearing. Took a gamble to try them out as normally I would have scheduled and attended the hearing myself to get this common situation dismissed but lost out on the gamble. My recommendation? Pass on the app, schedule your own online hearing and save yourself the hassle and money.

This app is one of the Best download of the year for me. Sent them one ticket for review. They took three weeks to get the results and they were able to dismiss it. $57.5 saved! Rather have this money in my account than in NYC finance account. Today they just sent me an email saying I had a new ticket which I completely forgot about. I was able to send it to them in one click. I gotta say that I love their customer support team! I emailed them to have an update on my ticket and they got back to me in 3 hours. My conclusion is: they take about a month to work in your ticket but they did a good job. They also kept me updated with emails along the process explaining that I should not incur any late fees. Lets see how they do with this new ticket. Hoping for a dismissal! Thanks winit

Great APP you really have nothing to lose. They beat 3 of my 5. Took a month but who cares gave me that much longer I didnt have to pay it and at least I feel like I got a fair deal. In reality I deserved my tickets

I never like paying for tickets but I dont want to waste time fighting them either. Saw this app on a tv report and decided to give it a try. Submitted my ticket and they handled the rest, updating me about every few days or a week on the status of their efforts. Very intuitive process and easy submission. Best of all they won the first ticket I have submitted and saved me $17.50. You should be doing something like this for moving violations also. This would be very helpful. Thanks!!!

Gone are the days that you could contest a ticket and win it in a few clicks on the NYC website. I was stuck paying for all my stupid forgot to move my car for street cleaning tickets. Since using winit I think Ive won 2 or 3 out of every 5. They remind me of tickets Ive forgotten about, pay them for me when I lose, and I win some money back. I can toss the orange slip and forget about stressing about my tickets.

This guys doing they job , taking care of u and have great costumer support team, just email them and they respond fast and call you back with any question you have. I love the idea of wining ticket at this city , NYC is really going to far with this thing and its about the time that technologic solution well be helping us to save some money back from this tickets and this guys did it! This app is buggy. Not only it wont read the barcode off the ticket (clear image, bright light here) but also wont allow me to manually enter the info since the way the app controls what characters you can type (numbers vs letters) wont match to my ticket (Im in NY). Oh, and when I click on the question mark for help it brings an unhelpful message under the already opened keyboard and this overlap has no workaround besides quitting the app. Is anyone testing this app?

This app is really awesome Dont have to deal with the tickets . Take a picture and get half off the ticket if they win . So far 7/7 won!!!

Tried it the first time unfortunately it was unsuccessful. I could have done it myself by claiming not guilty but wanted to give it a try to see if this app could help. No, I was wrong. And since I used this app to plea not guilty and I already lost the chance to re-submit another not guilty plea. You can try, hope you have better luck than me.

I had already paid over $200 to get my car out of impound and then learned I had another hundred to pay in fines a month later. I downloaded the app on a whim and saved over $50!

They not doing any work for you, but courts dismiss certain amount of tickets anyway in this case you just paying for this app. Also they getting something for processing. So you have the same chances if you submit not guilty by yourself.

%40 dismissal success is a very high result for Winit and falsely advertised. Me and my friend had 5 tickets. Guess how many were dismissed?!? Its 0 So nope, I will not use it again. Try to do it on your own online you will have a better defense for your ticket than winit trying to win it for you. Plus extra fee if you wanna pay it with then, pay it online on dmv web, no fees applied
